- Infant Car Seat Program - Receive a free infant car seat if you are 35 weeks or more pregnant. We'll also provide a free booster seat. NHP Service Area
NHP's service area covers the entire state of Massachusetts. This means that no matter where you live in Massachusetts, you are able to get your MassHealth coverage through NHP.

How to Keep Your MassHealth Benefits
- Renewing your benefits - Redetermination
MassHealth members must renew their coverage every year. You will lose MassHealth if you fail to renew. To keep your coverage, you must complete a form that will be mailed to you. Please remember to complete the form and mail it back to MassHealth along with any documentation requested. If you have not received your form, call the MassHealth Customer Service Center at 1-800-841-2900 (TTY 1-800-497-4648). If you have questions about your health plan enrollment options with all MassHealth managed care providers, including NHP, call MassHealth at 1-800-841-2900. - Reporting Changes
MassHealth members must inform MassHealth of certain changes, such as their address and change in family size or income within 10 days of change date. You could lose your benefits if you fail to report these changes. Please visit the MassHealth web site for more details.
NHP MassHealth Plans serve MassHealth members on Standard, CommonHealth, Basic, Family Assistance or Essential who have signed up for Neighborhood Health Plan. As an NHP MassHealth member, you have access to benefits provided through NHP, as well as other benefits covered directly through MassHealth. To learn about all your MassHealth health plan options, please contact MassHealth Customer Service at 1-800-841-2900 (TTY: 1-800-497-4648) Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
