You are an:

• HR Professional, Employer or Broker and you want to manage employee enrollment, update subscriber information, or manage your account. (Not signed up for Online Enrollment Services? Email us, or call Patrick O'Brien, Sales Manager, at 800-433-5556 X5663, to learn more!)
• Employee and you want to enroll in Neighborhood Health Plan online.

Or, you are an:

• NHPCare or Business Choice Member and you want to change your address, download a temporary ID card, change your PCP, and more! (Not registered? NHPCare and Business Choice members can register to use Online Enrollment Services here.)

Online Enrollment Services is available to NHPCare and Business Choice members whose employers have elected to sign up for Online Enrollment Services. Check with your Human Resources representative to find out if your company is eligible for this service. You may also contact the Member Service Center at 1-800-462-5449 for assistance.
